Cornell Barbecued Chicken - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. cooking oil
2 c. cider vinegar
3 Tbsp. salt
1 Tbsp. poultry seasoning
1 tsp. pepper
1 egg
10 broiler halves
Preparation

Beat egg; add oil and beat again.
Add vinegar and remaining ingredients.
Stir.
Place broiler halves over coals.
Turn and baste every 5 to 10 minutes.
Baste lightly at first.
Increase as cooking time goes on.
Chicken will be ready in about an hour. Serves 10.
