Cranberry Pumpkin Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. oil (can be omitted)
    2 eggs, beaten
    2 c. sugar
    1 c. Libby solid pack pumpkin
    2 1/4 c. flour
    1 Tbsp. pumpkin pie spice
    1 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. chopped cranberries
Preparation
    Combine dry ingredients in a large bowl.
    In a separate bowl, combine oil, eggs, sugar and pumpkin.
    Make a well in the center of the dry ingredients and add liquids.
    Stir until all is moist. Stir in cranberries and nuts.
    Spoon batter into 2 greased and floured loaf pans.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 1 hour,
    or until toothpick comes out clean.
