Shrimp Lo Mein - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    1 lb. uncooked shrimp, shelled and deveined*
    1 (14 oz.) can chicken broth
    3 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. garlic powder
    1 1/2 c. uncooked fine noodles
    1 onion, cut into eight wedges
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. Green Giant American mixtures San Francisco style frozen vegetables
    2 tsp. cornstarch
    2 Tbsp. water
Preparation
    Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat.
    Add shrimp; cook 2 to 3 minutes.
    Remove.
    Add chicken broth and the next 4 ingredients.
    Bring to boil.
    Add noodles, onion and frozen vegetables.
    Return to boil.
    Reduce heat to low.
    Cover; simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
    Stir in shrimp.
    In small bowl mix cornstarch and water.
    Gradually stir into mixture in skillet.
    Cook and stir until sauce thickens.
