Zucchini Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 c. sliced zucchini
    1 c. shredded carrots
    1 c. cream of chicken soup
    1/2 c. chopped onion
    1 c. dairy sour cream
    1 (6 oz.) pkg. Stove Top stuffing mix
    1/2 c. butter
Preparation
    Cook sliced zucchini and chopped onion in boiling water 5 minutes.
    Combine soup and sour cream.
    Stir in shredded carrots. Fold in drained zucchini and onion.
    Mix stuffing and butter together.
    Spread half of stuffing in bottom of 12 x 7 1/2 x 2-inch pan or baking dish.
    Spoon vegetable mixture on top. Sprinkle remaining stuffing over vegetables.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes, until heated through.
