Potato Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 to 8 potatoes, peeled
    2 onions
    1 Tbsp. salt
    3 well beaten eggs
    2 to 3 Tbsp. flour
Preparation
    Grate raw potatoes together with onions.
    Add eggs, salt and flour.
    Mix well.
    Drop into heated fat in frying pan or griddle. Fry until golden brown on both sides.
    Serves 4 to 6.
