Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 c. rice, cooked
1 chicken, boiled
1 onion, boiled
1/2 stick oleo
1/2 c. flour
1 c. evaporated milk
1 can mushrooms
1/4 tsp. turmeric
3 c. broth
Preparation

Cook rice.
Boil chicken with onion; debone chicken and save broth.
Mix and brown oleo and flour.
Add milk, mushrooms, turmeric and broth.
Add rice and chicken.
Place in casserole dish or baking pan.
Sprinkle with or lay sliced cheese on top. Bake for 20 minutes at 350\u00b0.
