Apricot Cake - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. flour
1 tsp. soda
1 c. buttermilk
1 c. nuts
1 1/2 c. sugar
1 tsp. salt
3 eggs
1 c. oil
1 c. apricot or peach preserves
1 tsp. vanilla
Preparation

Sift flour, soda and salt in a large mixing bowl.
Beat eggs, oil, sugar and milk.
Mix well, then add preserves, nuts and vanilla.
Mix well.
Bake in sheet pan at 350\u00b0 until golden brown.
