Refrigerated Yeast Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Packages Yeast
    2 Cups Water
    1/2 Cup Sugar
    1 Tsp. Salt
    1/4 Cup Oil
    2 Eggs
    6 1/2 Cups Flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Stir in sugar and salt.
    Stir in oil, eggs and 4 cups flour; mix well.
    Add 2 1/2 cups flour and knead in bowl.
    Cover with greased foil.
    Refrigerate 4 hours or up to one week.
    Take out as much as you want to bake at a time.
