Taco Casserole (Stove Top Style) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. ground beef
    1 small onion
    1 (16 oz.) can pinto beans
    1 (16 oz.) pkg. tortilla chips
    1 can mushrooms
    1 (10 oz.) pkg. grated Cheddar cheese
    1 pkg. taco seasoning
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in skillet with onion and season to taste. Drain.
    Put meat mixture into kettle with taco seasoning, mushrooms and pinto beans; do not drain juice.
    Heat well, then add tortilla chips (crushed) and grated cheese.
    Stir until cheese is melted.
    May be served with picante sauce.
