Coconut Bars(These Taste Just Like A Mounds Bar!) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3/4 cup instant mashed potatoes, cooled
    1 lb. flaked coconut
    1 lb. powdered sugar
    1 tsp. almond extract
    1 bag semi-sweet chocolate pieces
    1/2 block paraffin
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients together and refrigerate until firm and cold.
    Shape into small bars and place on a cookie sheet.
    Freeze. Melt chocolate and paraffin.
    Dip bars in chocolate and place on waxed paper.
    Use toothpick to dip them.
