Cranberry-Orange Bread - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. sifted flour (all-purpose)
1 1/2 tsp. baking powder
1/2 tsp. baking soda
grated rind and juice of orange (to make 3/4 c.)
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. sugar
2 Tbsp. oil
1 egg, beaten
1 c. raw cranberries, chopped
1/2 c. nuts, chopped
Preparation

Sift together the flour, baking powder, baking soda, salt and sugar.
Add oil, orange juice with rind and beaten egg.
Mix thoroughly.
Fold in cranberries and nuts.
Pour into greased loaf pan or paper-lined muffin pan.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for about 1 hour or until toothpick stuck in center comes out clean.
