Raspberry Vinegar - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 qt. white wine vinegar
    2 c. fresh or frozen raspberries (not in syrup; thawed if frozen)
    1/2 c. honey
    whole cloves
    cinnamon sticks
Preparation
    Combine vinegar and 1 cup berries in medium saucepan.
    Bring to a boil, lower heat and simmer, uncovered, for 2 minutes.
    Stir in honey and remove from heat.
    Pour berry mixture through a fine mesh strainer into a large measuring cup.
    Don't press down on berries.
    Discard the berries.
