Mincemeat Fruit Cake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. mincemeat
    1 c. raisins
    1 c. chopped nuts
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    2 eggs, separated
    2 c. flour
    1/2 tsp. baking powder
    1/2 tsp. salt
Preparation
    Add raisins, mincemeat, nuts, sugar, butter, vanilla and egg yolks in bowl.
    Beat thoroughly.
    Sift flour, baking powder and salt together.
    Sift again and fold into mincemeat mixture.
    Pour into a well-greased tube pan.
    Bake in a 325\u00b0 oven for 1 1/2 hours. Can be eaten the same day.
    It can also be baked and frozen until Christmastime.
