Far East Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/2 c. seasoned rice vinegar
    1 Tbsp. soy sauce
    1 tsp. Durkee ground ginger
    1 c. cooked chicken, chopped
    1 carrot, shredded
    4 c. cabbage, shredded
    2 green onions, sliced
    2 Tbsp. sesame seed, toasted
Preparation
    Combine vinegar, soy sauce and ground ginger.
    Add chicken and marinate for 15 to 30 minutes.
    In salad bowl combine remaining ingredients.
    Just before serving, remove chicken from marinade; reserve.
    Pour marinade into cabbage mixture; toss and top with chicken.
