Hot Christmas Punch - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 cardamom seeds
    6 whole cloves
    1 stick cinnamon
    4 c. unsweetened pineapple juice
    1 c. apricot nectar
    2 c. cider
    1 c. orange juice
    3/4 c. brown sugar
Preparation
    Crush cardamom seeds and tie in cheesecloth with cloves and broken cinnamon stick.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Add spices and bring slowly to boil.
    Simmer 10 to 15 minutes.
    Remove spice bag.
    Makes 2 quarts.
