Hollandaise Sauce(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1/4 c. butter
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    2 egg yolks, beaten
    2 Tbsp. light cream
    1/2 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. salt
    dash of Tabasco sauce
Preparation
    Place butter in a 2 cup measuring cup.
    Microwave on High for 1 minute.
    Stir in lemon juice, egg yolks, cream, mustard, salt and Tabasco sauce.
    Microwave on High 1 minute, stirring every 15 seconds.
    Beat with a wire whisk until smooth.
    Sauce can be reheated on High for 1 minute.
    Makes 2/3 cup.
