Quick Rolls - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 pkg. dry yeast
    1/4 c. warm water
    1 1/4 c. milk
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. lard
    3 Tbsp. sugar
    3 c. flour
Preparation
    Dissolve yeast in warm water.
    Combine milk, salt, lard and sugar.
    Heat
    in saucepan.
    Cool.
    Stir in yeast mixture. Add flour.
    Mix well.
    Let rise, covered, 15 minutes (no need to knead).
    Place
    3
    balls
    in muffin pan, cloverleaf style. Cover and let rise 15 minutes.
    Bake at 450\u00b0 for 8 minutes.
