Miniature Cheese Cakes - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    18 to 24 vanilla wafers
    18 to 24 muffin pan lines
    2 (8 oz.) pkg. cream cheese (room temperature)
    3/4 c. sugar
    2 eggs
    1 Tbsp. lemon juice
    1 tsp. vanilla
    1 can cherry pie filling
Preparation
    Put vanilla wafers in bottom of liners in muffin pan. Beat ingredients together with mixer until light and fluffy.
    Pour into liners about 1/2 to 3/4 full. Bake at 375\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until well set. Let cool for 15 minutes.
    Add topping and refrigerate.
