Quiche - cooking recipe
Ingredients

1 pie shell
1 jar Hormel bacon pieces
4 oz. pkg. Mozzarella cheese
2 eggs
1 carton whipping cream
Preparation

Sprinkle bacon pieces and cheese in bottom of pie shell. Beat eggs slightly, add whipping cream.
Mix gently, mixture will thicken slightly.
Pour over cheese and bacon in pie shell.
Bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 minutes then at 300\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
This is good served with fruit salad and muffins.
