Easy Garden Vegetable Pie - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. broccoli or cauliflower, chopped
1/2 c. onion, chopped
1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
1 c. shredded Cheddar cheese (4 oz. Velveeta cheese)
1 1/2 c. milk
3/4 c. Bisquick mix
3 eggs
1 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
Preparation

Heat oven to 400\u00b0.
Lightly grease a 9-inch pie plate.
Heat 1 cup salted water to boiling, add broccoli or cauliflower, cover, bring to a boil and cook until almost tender (about 5 minutes). Drain thoroughly.
Mix cooked vegetables with onion, green pepper and cheese in pie plate.
Beat remaining ingredients until smooth. Pour over ingredients in pie plate.
Bake 35 to 40 minutes, until golden brown.
Let stand before cutting.
Refrigerate leftovers.
