Ingredients

1 c. sugar
1/4 c. milk
1/2 tsp. vanilla
2 c. oatmeal, uncooked
2 Tbsp. carob powder
1/4 c. peanut butter
Preparation

Combine sugar, carob
and milk in saucepan and boil hard for 1 minute.
Stirring constantly, fold in peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal.
Drop from a spoon onto waxed paper and let harden. Store in airtight container.
