Chicken With Crab Sauce Fettucini - cooking recipe

6 large chicken breasts
black pepper, salt and lemon pepper
Hellmann's mayonnaise
olive oil
1 oz. pkg. fresh mushrooms
1/2 c. onion (3 large thin slices), chopped fine
1/3 c. bell pepper (1/2 medium size), chopped fine
1/3 c. fresh parsley (hand full with stems removed), chopped fine
4 large cloves fresh garlic, chopped fine
2 green onions (tops and all), chopped fine
1 Tbsp. olive oil
1/2 pt. whipping cream
1 (8 oz.) pkg. soft cream cheese
juice from 1/2 lemon
1 (6 oz.) can lump white crab meat
1 large pkg. fettucini
1 Tbsp. margarine
1 c. wine (I use cooking sherry)
dash of soy sauce
Preparation

Skin, wash and dry the chicken breasts.
Coat thoroughly with black pepper, a little salt and lemon pepper.
Rub with enough mayonnaise on each to glaze with thin coating.
Place (bone side down) in lightly oiled (1 teaspoon olive oil), big black iron skillet.
Set oven to 400\u00b0 and bake until golden brown and tender, about 45 minutes.
