Hearty Beef Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 pound ground beef
    1 envelope Lipton onion soup mix
    7 dashes tabasco sauce
    4 cups water
    1 small can tomato sauce
    1 bay leaf
    1 - 1 1/2 pounds frozen vegetables (I use corn, green beans & cut carrots)
    pepper to taste (the more the better!)
Preparation
    Brown ground beef in stockpot with a little oil or cooking spray.
    Add soup mix and tabasco, stirring to evenly distribute. Add water, tomato sauce, bay leaf and vegetables. Bring to a boil, reduce heat, cover & simmer until vegetables are tender, about 15 minutes.
    Stir in pepper & serve piping hot!
