Barbecued Pork Chops - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    8 lean pork chops
    1/2 c. catsup
    1 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. celery seed
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/3 c. vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 bay leaf
    1 chopped onion
Preparation
    Preheat oven to 325\u00b0.
    Brown chops in hot fat.
    Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops.
    Bake in slow oven (325\u00b0) for 1 1/2 hours.
    Turn chops once during baking.
    Makes 8 servings.
