Hunter'S Sauce - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 small onions
2 Tbsp. butter
1 c. sliced mushrooms
1/2 c. dry white wine
1/2 c. tomato sauce or puree
1 c. brown sauce seasoning
1 tsp. parsley
Preparation

Saute onions in butter; stir in and saute mushrooms.
Add wine.
Simmer until reduced to half.
Add tomato sauce and brown sauce.
Cook 5 minutes; season and add parsley.
