Spanish Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. stew beef
    2 onions, chopped
    1 green pepper, chopped
    1 small can tomato sauce
    2 1/2 Tbsp. soforito
    salt to taste
    3 medium potatoes
    1/2 c. rice
    1/4 c. oil
Preparation
    Cut beef in small pieces.
    Cook until tender.
    Fry onions and peppers in a saucepan.
    When they are tender, add tomato sauce and soforito.
    Let simmer 2 to 3 minutes.
    Add this to the meat.
    Then add other ingredients.
    Cook until rice and potatoes are done.
