Caroline Marsh'S Impossible Coconut Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 eggs, beaten
    1 c. sugar
    1/2 c. self-rising flour
    2 c. milk
    1/2 stick melted margarine
    1 tsp. vanilla
    7 oz. pkg. coconut
Preparation
    Beat first 4 ingredients together well.
    Add melted margarine, vanilla and coconut.
    Beat all ingredients together.
    Grease (or spray with Pam) 2 pie plates and pour mixture into the 2 pie plates, dividing mixture equally.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 35 to 40 minutes.
    When cold it slices well and it makes its own crust!
