French Meat Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 lb. hamburg
    1 lb. ground pork
    1 large onion
    2 stalks celery
    1/4 packet Bell's poultry seasoning
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Put meat, onion and celery in pan, break up meat as you are simmering.
    Add approximately 1 cup of water and cover.
    Simmer low until celery is softened.
    Strain meat but keep the juice aside.
    Spoon filling into 2 inch pie crusts.
    Fill full.
    Add 3 to 4 tablespoons of juice over filling.
    Add top crust.
    Cut several slits in top.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 to 375\u00b0 until brown.
    You may freeze pies uncooked.
