Carrot Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 c. sliced carrots
    salt water
    1 medium onion, chopped
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1 c. celery soup
    1/2 c. Cheddar cheese, grated
    1 or 1 1/2 c. Pepperidge Farm herb stuffing
    2 or 3 Tbsp. butter, melted
Preparation
    Cook carrots in salt water until tender.
    Saute onion in butter.
    Add soup, cheese, dash of pepper and cooked carrots.
    Pour into buttered 2-quart casserole.
    Top with stuffing.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 25 to 30 minutes.
