Steamed Brown Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    bread crumbs
    sour milk or buttermilk
    2 tsp. baking soda
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1 c. cornmeal or half cornmeal and half graham flour
    1/2 c. molasses
Preparation
    Soak crumbs in sour milk for 1/2 hour.
    Add soda, salt, cornmeal and molasses.
    If divided, steam 2 hours.
    If not, steam 4 hours.
