Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    6 skinless, boneless chicken breasts
    1/2 c. milk
    1 small pkg. Pepperidge Farm dressing mix
    1 can mushroom soup
    1 c. sour cream
    salt and pepper to taste
    celery and onion (optional)
Preparation
    Simmer chicken breasts in water.
    Cool and cube in bite size pieces.
    Place in a 9 x 13-inch baking dish.
    Mix together mushroom soup, sour cream, milk, salt and pepper.
    Pour over chicken cubes.
