Marinated Vegetables - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 c. cauliflowerets
    1 c. either sliced carrots or zucchini
    1/2 c. olive oil
    1 tsp. each: dried thyme and basil
    1/2 tsp. black pepper
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 c. cherry tomatoes
    1 c. sliced mushrooms
    1/3 c. lemon juice
    1 tsp. sugar
    1/4 tsp. dry mustard
    1/4 tsp. garlic salt
Preparation
    Combine prepared vegetables in a 1-quart jar.
    Combine remaining ingredients in a separate jar.
    Shake vigorously to blend.
    Pour over vegetables.
    Cover and refrigerate overnight. Shake jar several times to coat top vegetables with marinade.
