Egg In A Hole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 slice bread
1 egg
butter

Preparation

Butter both sides of bread after tearing out a hole (in the center
of the slice) about the size of the egg yolk.
Put bread in frying pan and then break egg into hole.
Cook slowly and flip to
finish
cooking
egg.
Salt and pepper to taste. Serve.
