Colorado Pot Roast - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. flour
    1 (4 lb.) beef pot roast
    1 c. canned tomatoes
    1 c. water
    2 cloves garlic
    1 Tbsp. salt
    1/2 tsp. pepper
    1 c. sliced onions
    1/4 c. vinegar
    1/4 c. lemon juice
    1/4 c. ketchup
    2 Tbsp. brown sugar
    1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
    1 tsp. mustard
    1/4 tsp. paprika
Preparation
    Rub
    flour
    on\tmeat;
    brown well on all sides in heavy kettle.
    Slip
    rack
    under meat.
    Add tomatoes, water, garlic, salt
    and
    pepper.\tCover;\tsimmer 2 hours.
    Combine remaining ingredients.
    Pour over meat; cover and simmer until tender, 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
    To serve, slice meat and pour sauce over it.
