Sausage Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients

1 lb. sausage links
1/2 clove minced garlic or 1/4 tsp. garlic salt
1/2 c. chopped onions
3 oz. can mushrooms
1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
2 c. Cheddar cheese, shredded
1/2 tsp. salt
1/8 tsp. pepper
1/4 tsp. oregano
1/4 tsp. basil
7 oz. pkg. macaroni

Preparation

Saute onions, sausage and garlic until onions are golden (in oil).
Pour in tomato paste, tomato sauce, mushrooms with juice and seasonings.
Simmer 15 minutes.
Add macaroni (precooked) and cheese.
Bake at 350\u00b0 for 40 minutes.
