Spinach Pate - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    3 lb. fresh spinach
    1 Tbsp. butter
    1/2 onion, minced
    2 cloves garlic, minced
    1 tsp. thyme
    1 tsp. oregano
    1 Tbsp. wine or cider vinegar
    3 eggs
    1/2 c. skim milk
    1/8 tsp. nutmeg, grated
    4 Tbsp. parsley
    1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/2 c. Gruyere cheese
    3/4 c. whole wheat bread crumbs
    sea salt to taste
    pepper
Preparation
    Wash and stem spinach.
    Preheat oven to 350\u00b0.
    Butter a loaf pan.
    Puree spinach or chop fine.
