Shoepeg Corn Casserole - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 (12 oz.) can Shoepeg corn
    1 (16 oz.) can French-cut green beans
    1/2 c. celery, chopped
    1/2 c. green pepper, chopped
    1/2 c. onion, chopped
    1/2 c. grated cheese
    1/2 c. sour cream
    1 can cream of celery soup
    1/2 c. melted margarine
    1 1/2 c. Ritz cracker crumbs
Preparation
    Combine corn, green beans, celery, green pepper, onion, grated cheese, sour cream and cream of celery soup.
    Salt and pepper to taste.
    Pour into 2-quart casserole dish.
    Mix Ritz crackers and melted margarine.
    Sprinkle over casserole.
    Bake at 350\u00b0 for 45 minutes.
