Illiria Bean Soup - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    oil
    1 1/2 c. onion
    1 garlic, minced
    6 c. chicken broth
    6 c. water or less
    3 (15 oz.) cans navy beans without liquid
    2 1/2 c. carrots, diced
    1 1/2 c. celery, diced
    1 (14 oz.) can diced tomatoes with juice
    pepper to taste
    3/4 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. hot sauce
Preparation
    In a large Dutch oven, saute onion and garlic in a little oil. Add remaining ingredients and simmer.
