Quicky Carbonara - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 Tbsp. oil
    2 Tbsp. butter
    2 cloves garlic, pressed
    2 c. ham, cubed
    8 oz. spaghetti, cooked
    1/3 c. Parmesan cheese
    1/4 c. chopped parsley
    1/2 tsp. salt
    1/4 tsp. pepper
    2 to 3 eggs, beaten
    1/4 to 1/2 c. cut black olives
Preparation
    Saute garlic and ham in oil and butter.
    Add the cooked spaghetti, cheese, parsley, salt and pepper.
    Stir well and turn heat off.
    Beat eggs and pour over spaghetti.
    Quickly toss to coat.
    Add olives; toss again and serve.
    This can be transferred to a large baking dish and baked in a 350\u00b0 oven for 15 minutes, if desired.
    Can also be doubled.
    Serves 5 to 6.
