Lemon Chicken - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    4 large chicken breasts (halves)
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1/2 tsp.pepper
    2 Tbsp. olive oil
    3 Tbsp. chopped onion or chives
    juice of 1 lemon (or lime)
    2 tsp. Dijon-style mustard
    3 Tbsp. chopped parsley
Preparation
    Place breasts between sheets of waxed or plastic wrap; pound slightly.
