Fish Creole(Microwave) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. fish
    1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
    1 (2 oz.) can sliced mushrooms, drained
    1/2 green pepper, sliced
    1 stalk celery, sliced
    3 Tbsp. water
    1 1/2 Tbsp. minced onion
    1 tsp. chicken bouillon
Preparation
    Mix all together and pour over fish in a 1-quart dish.
    Cover tightly with plastic wrap, venting one corner.
    Cook on High 8 to 10 minutes, rotating dish 1/2 turn in four minutes.
    Let stand five minutes.
