Pumpkin Pie - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs, slightly beaten
    1-16 oz. can solid pumpkin
    1/4 c. brown sugar
    1/4 tsp. salt
    1 tsp. cinnamon
    1/2 tsp. nutmeg
    1/2 tsp. ginger
    1/4 tsp. cloves
    1 can (13 oz.) Evaporated milk
Preparation
    Mix all ingredients in order given.
    Pour into 9 inch pie shell.
    Bake 425 degrees for 15 minutes.
    Reduce temperature to 350 degrees.
    Bake 45 minutes or until a knife is inserted in the center and comes out clean.
