Beet Salad - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 cans sliced beets
    2 small pkg. raspberry jello
    1/3 c. white vinegar
    1 c. water
    1 c. sugar
    1 1/2 c. beet liquid
    1 Tbsp. mustard seed
    1 grated onion (medium)
    dash of salt
Preparation
    Dice beets finely and mix with dry jello.
    Bring other ingredients to a full boil and pour over beets; mix well.
    Pour into a large dish and gel.
