Porcupine Meatballs - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 lb. lean ground chuck
1 medium green pepper, chopped
1 onion, chopped
garlic (as desired)
1 c. rice (raw)
2 eggs
celery, chopped (as desired)
salt and pepper (as desired)
1 Tbsp. sweet basil or sugar
1 large tomato paste
Preparation

Into large bowl, mix first 8 ingredients.
Make into average balls.
Layer into pressure cooker or Dutch oven.
Mix tomato paste with enough water, sweet basil or sugar, salt and pepper to just cover meatballs.
Put on lid.
Get pressure up.
Put on 15 pound pressure.
Cook 35 to 45 minutes.
Let sit until pressure goes down.
