Chicken Casserole - cooking recipe
Ingredients

2 c. diced chicken
1 can cream of chicken soup
2 Tbsp. mayonnaise
1 c. diced celery
2 c. cooked rice
1 Tbsp. lemon juice
1/2 tsp. salt
1 c. chopped onion
1/2 c. slivered almonds
1 c. cornflakes
2 Tbsp. oleo, melted
Preparation

Boil chicken until tender, dice.
Mix all ingredients except cornflakes.
Put in greased casserole dish.
Mix cornflakes and oleo spread over mixture.
Bake for 30 min.
at 350\u00b0.
