Crispy Baked Chicken(Low Cholesterol) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 1/2 to 3 lb. chicken pieces, skinned
    3/4 c. flour
    1 1/2 tsp. paprika
    1/2 tsp. seasoned salt (optional)
    1/4 tsp. parsley flakes
    1/4 tsp. sage
Preparation
    Stir together flour and spices.
    Coat chicken with mixture. Lightly oil a jelly roll pan and arrange chicken.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 30 minutes.
    Turn and bake another 25 minutes.
    If pan is lined with foil, clean up is easy.
