Opp-Fried Rattlesnake - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    1 lb. rattlesnake meat (per person)
    1 qt. buttermilk
    2 c. flour
    vegetable oil
    salt and pepper to taste
Preparation
    Soak snake pieces in buttermilk for at least four hours. Remove and salt and pepper to taste.
    Batter in flour and deep fry in vegetable oil until golden brown.
