Glazed Pineapple Fingers - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. sifted flour
    3 tsp. baking powder
    1 tsp. salt
    1/4 c. sugar
    1 beaten egg
    1/4 c. shortening
    3/4 c. crushed pineapple
Preparation
    Sift
    dry
    ingredients.
    Cut in shortening. Mix egg and crushed
    pineapple\ttogether and add to dry ingredients, stirring just until moist.
    Shape into bars on cookie sheet. Bake at 425\u00b0 for 12 to 15 minutes. Top with glaze made with confectioners sugar.
