Pie Crust For 8 Or 9-Inch(2 Crust) - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 c. flour
    1 tsp. salt
    2/3 c. + 2 Tbsp. shortening
    4 Tbsp. cold water
Preparation
    Blend shortening, salt and flour with pastry blender in a medium size bowl.
    Mixture will resemble coarse crumbs when ready. Gradually sprinkle cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time.
    Toss the mixture lightly with fork after each addition.
    To roll, place between waxed paper.
    For cream pies, prick single crust; bake at 425\u00b0 for 15 to 20 minutes or until lightly browned.
