Sweetheart Corn Bread - cooking recipe

Ingredients
    2 eggs
    1/2 c. vegetable oil
    1 1/2 c. self-rising corn meal
    1 c. (8 oz.) sour cream
    1 (8 oz.) can cream-style corn
Preparation
    In a large bowl, beat eggs.
    Add sour cream, oil and corn; mix well.
    Stir in corn meal just until combined.
    Pour into a greased and floured heart shaped pan or a 9-inch round pan.
    Bake at 425\u00b0 for 20 to 25 minutes.
    Cool 10 minutes.
